Business development in Germany and the UK

BHOLD has been working on developing a position in the German and UK markets over the last year. After initial successes BHOLD wants to take a more structured and targeted approach and it will be your challenge to define this approach together with the business development managers for these target markets.

Your tasks will be to break down these huge markets into more, better accessible targets, f.e. vertical markets (financials, industry, government, health care, etc), company sizes (large enterprises, SMB) or regions.

Secondly, you will prioritize on the most promising target markets and gather information on market size, market requirements and competition.

As a next step you will list all companies in these areas and find out if there are any projects planned in the area of enterprise authorization management. You will also determine what the external influencers are to these companies.

This last step will lead to directly approaching channel partners and influencers to establish relationships with them. These channel partners will be instrumental in the sales process and further go-to-market strategies in these countries in the coming years - they will be the corner stones for future success.
