Three modules
The BHOLD Controls for Auditors software package exists of three separate, but fully integrated modules:

1. BHOLD Model Generator: data from a variety of systems, and from a range of formats, can be collected and structured automatically, in a fraction of the time this usually takes. Raw data is consolidated, and structured in a manageable organization based format.
2. BHOLD Core: provides a complete overview of users, and their rights across platforms and applications. Existing access rights are displayed in a simple and comprehensive fashion, elucidating the business context. Problems, such as ‘orphans’, are detected immediately.
3. BHOLD Governance: formulates the rules that are applied to access rights. Any violations, such as an excess of administrator rights, ‘unauthorized access’ or Segregation of Duties conflicts, are quickly detected and reported. The reports, and the results of those reports, are stored. At the same time, an extensive log is compiled, to serve as part of the customer’s audit file, and to provide information to the supervisory authorities.
