The first video demonstrates how easy it is to upload your data for verification. The second video shows you how easy it is to have your data structured and transferred to roles and models, for a quick yet complete check of your access governance.
BHOLD Controls: uploading access data
Working with BHOLD Controls begins with uploading the access data that is to be analyzed. In this video we upload the organizational information, which is usually retrieved from HR systems. In the Model Generator module, the access information is automatically structured and correlated. After role mining, the access information is ready to be analyzed and audited.
BHOLD Controls: Financial control, payment segregation of duties
This video demonstrates the process of role generation and optimization. BHOLD automatically generates a role based bottom-up model. Next we are going to optimize the generated roles with security policies, restrictive and enabling rules. In the end we have optimized the model, and brought it closer to the actual state that really serves the business.
